Located in Ampelas on the beach, Blue Oyster is a favorite with great cocktails, seafood, and dessert. They also have a few Greek classics like Moussaka. On the more modern side of restaurants in Paros. Service can be slow if it's a busy night, but you will be in no rush to leave once you see the view!
